Represents a list of directives and regulations (laws) that protect consumers’ interests. In Slovenian legislation a single act includes a multitude of directives.
Eleven out of fifteen directives from European consumer legislation are under supervision of Market Inspectorate.
- Consumer Protection Act, Official consolidated text (Official Gazette of RS, No. 98/2004) includes provisions of the following directives:
